  Fletcher was born in Yuma, EL. At the time, his father played baseball for the Yuma Sun Sox, a minor league baseball team in the Cincinnati Reds organization. He graduated from A.S.U. After spending many years in the escrow and title business, Fletcher joined Russ Lyon Sotheby’s Intemational Realty as a residential real estate advisor. He is part of the Private Client Group founded by Frank Aazami.

  He writes a monthly column on the Greater Phoenix real estate market, population growth and job growth for the Arizona Journal of Real Estate & Business. His market analysis has been quoted in national and local media outlets. In 2023, Fletcher was the moderator for the Luxury Goff Panel at the Pinnacle Peak Luxury Tour and for the Luxury Home Seminar and 2024 Market Forecast at the Arizona School of Real Estate. He teaches renewal hours on the Arizona Association of REALTORS (AAR) Residential Resale Real Estate Purchase Contract.
