Meet Our New CTSAA Executive Director Team
Executive Director – Kathy Salazar-Urias
Co-Executive Director – Gabe Urias
Both Kathy and Gabe are Phoenix natives.
Kathy’s over 30 years of combined experience in the industry comes from growing up with a father who was a tile and stone contractor for residential and commercial projects, both locally and nationally, including some that are very well-known. She is a long-time member of CTSAA and has served on various committees. Her experience and understanding of the business from project estimating, project management, installation, materials, design, and sales, as well as working for National Companies are a great asset for CTSAA. She has also worked with many contractors, architects, designers and developers.
Gabe has a background with corporate businesses in sales, accounting, purchasing, warehousing, distribution and real estate. He is familiar with serving on, and has served on, a couple of Boards in various positions, including President.
